Thanks for the references, Ed. Will get the library at work
to get them for me, as they don't have goodies like the Review
of Scientific Instruments. Likewise, don't have any IEEE
transactions earlier than '82, as our librarians think that is
when the world was created!
Saw reference to your plasma discharge work in the last issue
of the
Bell Jar. More on that later.
