Variacs F.S.

I recently bought 4 heavy duty, 28A, 240V variacs nominally rated for 
7.8kVA at a hamfest, and my wife will only let me keep two of them if 
I want to go to any more hamfests this year (I'm sure all you married 
folks have heard it at one time or another - "Jumping Jehosephat, 
<INSERT YOUR NAME HERE>, you spent HOW much on those 
things?!?!?!?")   :-)

Consequently, I have two nice variacs for sale for $125 each + shipping 
costs. They are heavy and are mounted in a sturdy wooden box with a 
circuit breaker inside and an outlet on the outside.   I haven't tested 
them, but they look like they're in real nice shape.  I would also 
(preferably) consider trading one for a small (5-10kVA) distribution 
transformer.
