The electrode material effects Gamma, the secondary electron 
emission coefficient.  It ranges in value from about .04 to .1
depending on the material.  Since it appears in the logarithm,
the effect is small.  That is why I lumped it with the constant
"B" in my first listing.  The 0.06 value is typical for refractory
metals such as Molybdenum and Tungsten.
