Peak primary cap voltage is around 17-18KV (127000 / 0.707).
Cap value is 0.187 uF.
Inductance of sec. not yet measured. (900 turns of 1mm enamel coated Cu 
wire, winding length 45", sec. diam 12", space wound at 20 turns/inch).
I made a rough calculation to find the res. freq. of around 87Khz, this 
too has not been measured...I'm awaiting for my equipment to be returned 
sometime in the next month or so...
