All bombarders come with a series choke; a switch selectable choke,
a sliding core choke or a saturable reactor. That is the current
limiter! Since all bombarders are always used with these series
chokes it could be claimed that they are current limited, but to be
technicaly correct the bombarder transformer itself is not current
limited and would burn up if not used with it's series choke.
