	Not around here!  Just think of what happens when you
open a switch in a circuit containing a source and an inductor.
Since the current "wants to remain constant" the voltage on
the coil will rise (di/dt is negative in this case).  Point
to observe is that in tube type flyback supplies the plate
voltage swings way positive as you cut off the plate current.
