If running a .005 or .01 MFD cap with a 30 ma or 60 ma neon xmfr then a 3 x
12 or 5 x 14 toroid works fine. If running .02 or .03 MFD with 120 or 180
ma xmfr respectively then a 20 x 5 or 24 x 5 toroid will work well. The
smaller size 3 x 12/5 x 14 is used with a 3-4 inch dia sec coil and the
larger toroids usually used with a 6-10 inch dia sec coil.
