What you have is a HV measurement divider.  I want to buy it, if it is
intact and working.

Is anything wrong with it?  Why is your dad selling it, and under what
conditions did he obtain it? (ie, was it removed from service because
it no longer worked as intended)  Any info you can provide would be
helpful.
