Subject: info reqd. on LCC pulse caps (?)

Can anyone furnish me with any info regarding the following?

I have a set of three capacitors, marked as described below. I believe they
are made by Leclanche and they are salvage, from an electrothermal gun
(hence one more reason why they're probably pulse caps).

coaxial plastic case construction, 90mm dia x 380mm length (3.5" x 15")

end terms. are 50mm (2") flush fitting metal inserts, with a central M10
(3/8") tapped hole

markings are:

                  LCC
                Steafix
             YD-387-09
                0.08uF
              Uncc 40kV
            Uch max 64kV
                76/26
                  10

Note that the "LCC" is styled (horiz. part of "L" extends below the
following "CC"). Probably Leclanche?

I can't hear if they contain oil and there is no obvious vent-hole ( do
Maxwell, CP or NWL have visible vents?).

With such a high V rating, my % reversals in the low-Q pri should not be a
problem even though the caps are not AC rated, judging by the nomenclature.

Any info or thoughts would be welcome. I am not in a position to test them
at rated volts.
