Reminds me, Once I was silly enough to hold a small cap in my hand rated at
about 500V and 2mfd or so from a tv and charge it up with the output from a
small desktop negative Ion generator. Of course the cap built up sufficient
charge that a spark jumped from the end terminals to my hand with the result
that I got thrown 6 feet across the room and landed against the wall (from
just a tiny cap!!) that taught me!
