Sulaiman,
    Could you give me an example of a coil whose self inductance and
capacitance provide a frequency HIGHER than the quarter wave frequency(ie,
coil length, diam.,  no. of turns, and turn spacing if relavent).  You say
this is typical, but I have done calculations for many coil geometries and
have never encountered such a situation.   Maybe I am missing something here.
This would be most interesting.
