No.  (1) Electryolytic designs are not good for high frequency voltage
reversals, (2) most designed for 60 Hz applications and the high frequency
will "creep" across the dielectric and cause rapid breakdown.  Best to use
a pulse type cap with extended foil construction and low inductance.
