	Sorry for taking so long to reply.  

Output voltage was around 12kV IIRC. 7 gap RQ gap. Cprimary 16nF.
Toroid was my 6" by 30". Coupling was optimized for my 15kV 60mA neon.

I never checked the input power - I was doing some spark gap breakover
and quench voltage tests.

No test data on spark length vs break rate because of limited drive to
the flyback system. (the flybacks are rated for 1kW total, I've only
built a 100w or so driver for them.)
