Before the calculational folks jump all over the 50% error in my post
(I posted 16 joules for 20KV in .04 capacitor when it is actually 8
Joules) on residual energy in a capacitor after gap firing,  we will
correct it.

 We will see that this scales linearly to only double the calculated
energies to .01% and .25% of the energy remaining respectively.   That
is still way less than 1%.  Thus, virtually no energy remains in most
Tesla caps after gap firing.  Even with a kilovolt still on the cap!
