If you are going to use wood this way use "biscuits" and a "biscuit cutter"
and glue to join them. Visit a local wood shop to see how the biscuit idea
works -- no metal and solid joints.

Hi Cabbott,
Nothing serious here,
Canīt really help you on your coil form question, but I wouldnīt nail it
together, because you are inviting sparks to jump to the nails. You could
however perhaps epoxy it together, althou Iīm not sure if it would hold up
to
159 lbs of wire. Another thought would be to nail it and glue a piece
lumber
on top of the nailed one, i.e covering up the nails.

Does anyone know Tesla's phone number??

Try 1-800-Light-Ning. I suspect, however, you will be put in a long waiting
line. The stand by music is pretty good, tho. (A big running maggy)
Coiler greets from Germany,
