I recently aquired 7 ACTOWN NST but I am having trouble unpotting them. 
they are filled witha yellow tar like compound w/ pebbles suspended in 
it.  It will not melt under 300* and will not disslove in gassoline.  I 
need to figure out how to fix these things cause' the only other NST I 
got is potted w/polyester resin and has a hole driled through one of the 
secondaries.  I think its safe to say that one's beyond repair.
