Jochen:

	Leaving out the resistance is cheating, of course, but makes the
arithmetic much easier.  That's what I did here, too.  The other day
someone here asked if anyone had used these solutions for coil design. 
I'm not sure, but it occurred to me that it would be very easy to
measure (or adjust) the coupling by measuring the frequency of the two
resonant peaks (while feeding the primary in parallel from a
high-impedance source, or in series from a very low one.
