A correction on my post.

I fell into the voltage trap. The capacitance is correct but the voltage is
higher
(which is better).

12 caps in series = 0.0008uF at 24kv = 1 string;
4 strings in parallel = 0.0033uF at 24kv = 1 array;
4 arrays in series = 0.0134uF at 96kv.

Sorry about that. I know you will probably do something else, but I didn't
want to
leave this out there incorrect.
