well $60 is a good price, but you get what you pay for, I would save and get
a good one it will last longer and be more accurate......I paid 150 for mine
and it does not measure caps, but that was 1.5 years ago, I recommend fluk,
they will last for a good long time, and once calabrated they only need to
be calabrated 1 every to years if you dop not beat them up and it is not
subject to altatude and hudimity changes....that is you just use it at home,
if you travel all over the country with it you need to calabrate it once
every 6 months just to make sure it is accurate, but that is realy strict
type of policy
