Hi guys,

I don't understand the controversey over using braided wire??? I have
installed lightening protection systems, which lightening operates very
similiar to the effects of a TC, anyway, braided cable, using normally
#12 strands is a standard for these installations. The current and
voltage from a strike is better handled partially do to the air gap that
the cable has. This allows the cable to control the strikes by ionizing
the air within strands of the cable and still allow us to "somewhat"
control the path of the strike.
