I ran your coil specs thru wintesla and you cap bank is like 800 times too
big - im sure you don't mean 2.8mF - more like 2.8pF! If your cap bank is
this big, you need to get rid of most of it! Other possible probs could be
thay you have tuned the coil without the top spikey thing attatched, so the
capacitance of the toplead changes, therefore needs retunung, etc.
