Hi Fox....
a good soaking in rubbing alcohol or denatured alcohol will remove the
tar... as far as the
discoloration a quick dip ( 10 - 30 min) in a 25% solution ( 1 part Cl
bleach, 3 parts H2O) of
chlorine bleach n water will do the trick
;) advise from a heavy smoker
