Years ago, I tried and tried to make conductive paint for my tesla coil top 
terminal.   No matter how much carbon or metal particles are added to the 
paint, you still end up with some non-conducting bonding material between 
each conducting particle.   Therefore, to conduct, you end up burning through 
the bonding material.    I was never able to make a conducting paint that 
would not burn in the invironment of a tesla coil top terminal.
