Triggered RQ/TCBOR gap?

Hello Coilers,

Has anyone tried the triggered gap idea with an RQ/TCBOR style gap?
My radar tranny P.S. is low on volts (6000) but has lots of current
and I've been thinking of trying to trigger the centre-most tube in
my gap.  Hopefully I can get it to fire at the lower voltage, while
still using all 6 gaps.  I have 7 tubes, 6 gaps, with the combined
gaps totaling 0.150", which is just at the edge for 6 KV.
