Transmission TC design help

Howdy All,

I want to make pair of power transmission TC's, built around the really nice
1.75"x6" torrid that I got from John Freau. I have no idea how to design a
coil around a torrid, especially for transmission of power. It would be nice
if they could be tuned for decent sparks too, so I could play with them like
the two large coils at the Nor Cal Teslathon this year.

Response off list would be great, as this probably isn't a topic of great
interest to the list.
