Hi Ted,
Checking with your previous cap is a good idea. Also, check the placement
of the cap in the circuit. I've made
the mistake of connecting the gap to the wrong side of the cap a number of
times (the gap will fire but there
will be no output). This is probably not the problem, but thought I'd
mention it anyway.
