As a matter of interest, here are two sets of prices for MOSFETs:

IRF9Z14 P-channel- DigiKey: $0.79 ea/10; $0.65 ea/100.  Future/Active:
$0.50 ea/50

IRFP460A N-channel- DigiKey: $8.26 ea/10, $5.90 ea/100.  Future/Active:
$2.83 ea/25.
