         Welllll.
         At 60 Hz it is taken into account in professional
         design, with influences of up to 10% at 60 Hz.
         At 100KHz (or 50 KHz or....) Seems advisable to
         consider it.  Roughly, influence rises as sqrt of
         freq.... (to simplify...)
