Ok I am getting geared up for a 1kva test
but I want to check a few things with you all

I am about to test 3x 12x30 neons and am wondering if
I am going to blow the 12amp fuse in my variac.

the value on the plate for a 12x30 is 3.6 amps.
rating x3 is 10.8 amps but I have
been told NST's are dirty and pull more without
the use of PFC caps.

So should I run my test or
go buy a replacement fuse first.
