Dave,

This is always done during the contract phase of negotiations when
vendors exchange "Certificates of Insurance". My contract calls for a
certificate naming kVA Effects and my client's contracts have similar
wording. Few people simply accept someone's word on a matter as serious
as multi-million dollar special effects liability coverage.
