The coil looks great! I've built a very similar coil, but now it's been
used, abused, and now very
retired. You'll have a lot of fun with this outside, but you'll hate
running it in the garage (if you plan
on it). Should be interesting to see how well it does with a MOT supply.
BTW, how many MOT's (voltage,
current capability: curious because I've built one with only 1 MOT for the
flat coil and it works fine,
but the gap is pretty narrow and electrodes get hot fast).
