                 Watch EBay.
         Seriously.  Sundry Such Manuals show up at
         Antique Shows, expecially 'antique paper'
         shows.  (I buy the RR ones....)  Such like
         Also Show Up at ebay....

         No Guarantees...

         Looks like a basic problem in transformer application,
         might be worth a dig at textbooks, if good eng'g
         library be to hand.
