Massive scale, probably. It would be like fixing a drought with a really
big garden hose. That thing covers much of antarctica, as I gather from the
sattelite fotos. I bet the ozone layer is fairly thick as well, even though
at higher altitudes. That being said, all this sparkin can't hurt :>)
