Make sure you also download TCAD (Tesla Cad)  Its another good program.  I
find wintesla to be excellent at determining secondary coil parameteres, but
find its primary coil analysis a bit awkward.

TCAD has an excellent primary coil design section.

Use them both in conjuction for a great design set.
