Secondarys wired 180 degrees out of phase with respect to each other, cases
grounded to each other.
Power output is 28,800 volts at 220 in, with the capability of over driving to
300 or so, that would be 39,600volts! 
The pic in the test was at 175 volts to the pig combo, and no ballast except
for the stack of 4, 1256-d powerstats locates in the grey power controller.
These two little guys will literaly suck the telephone pole that feeds your
neighborhood right into your living room, without proper ballasting. Yes I
tried a full power test, didn't get a pic, but is was 7 foot high and the noise
the piggies made was real intimidating!
