Hi Jeremy
Using a 6/'30 NST with a static gap and 15nF MMC I get ~8" multiple
streamers. Althought the 3.75" secondary has too few turns (~600).
Cheers, Chris (NZ).

So, just for fun I decided to hook up my 6Kv/30mA NST
to my 4.5" coil. The coil was designed for 15Kv/60mA,
so with a little adjusting of the SRSG it would fire
for 6Kv. Capacitor size is 10nF. I got approximately
12" streamers. Is this comparable to say, a smaller
desktop coil that uses the same level of power?
