Flyback Driver - Limitations

Hi All

Does anyone know of any frequency limitations for TV flyback transformers - 
or at least the cores?

I was considering a (very) small TC powered by the rectified output of an 
old-style TV flyback transformer, putting out about 10kV.  I was going to 
use an all-in-one controller+FET which runs at 100kHz - is this OK with 
such a core?
