They have 1500V 0.01uF to 0.1uF polypropylene values in stock, I've
successfully used the 0.022uF and 0.047uF caps (page 120 of the 2003
catalogue).

Minimum order quantity = 1

They have HV 10M resistors too.

I'm in a real hurry right now but if you like I can look up the part numbers
later.
