I am using an 33 x 9 inch inner tube covered with aluminium tape on my 18
inch coil.

Quick and easy and no dents if it falls off! It is not inflated very hard
but can always be pumped up a bit if needed.  The downside is that the kids
don't have their pool toy any more.
