Even if you could use these caps, they are much more expensive than even
what used Maxwell High Voltage
capacitors would run.  We use some 0.5 Farad, 20V capacitors from this
vendor for power supply work, and they
cost over $1000.00 each ! ! ! !

There is another word for these types of capacitors as well.  Its called
Batteries ! ! !
