1 nF, 10kV ceramic caps

I  ran across the data sheet for the Matsushita (Panasonic) 10kV, 1nF caps 
you see at the various surplus places...

Note the fairly poor loss factor (0.025 -at- 1kHz).. That's 2.5% folks...and 
I'll bet it's a heck of a lot worse at higher frequencies...
