due to the colorant I would guess no... the colorant in many paint like
applications use metallic oxides which under hi volt applications
conduct... as far as corona dope being either black or red.... what type
of colorant they use in that that doesnt conduct is probably a trade
secret... most blacks are carbon and reds are lead oxide...
