I once tried that with mots a few years ago, didn't work very well and
eventually fried the mots as if the oil were partially conducting at +/-
6kv. Did the same thing with hydrolic fluid, just took longer. I now only
use transformer oil off ebay or mineral oil heated to 250 F for an hour.
