What is going one here?

Guys i really done know what is going on here!v I try  and try but no luck
for a spark! New PT, old PT no mather what i use for power supply i cannot
get a spark? I tried and tried today but nothing 5 - 10 cm at most i even
tried myy pt WITHOUT ballas input power was surely 5b kVA but no luck just a
small corona hiss! Il try once more when Terry gets me a maxwell ( maybe my
swc-s suck but i cannot get a spark anymore)
