This article jives well with tesla's theory of the earth acting like a giant
conducting sphere, his main method for the tower at Long Island was to pump
vast standing waves into the earth and transmit it around the globe
primarily thro the ground while setting up standing waves in the upper
atmosphere, the earth would conduct nicely at a certain frequency and
voltage, acting like a "G-line" his design would take advantage of the
planet as a capacitor, the conductive ionosphere as one plate and the ground
itself as another. This is basically from all the info gathering I've
researched on tesla and his writing, one may ask, how can he get such
electrical power in the upper atmosphere when the top terminal of his tower
is only a few hundred feet high? Simple, he would use large banks of UV
lights at the top of his tower to make the air conductive between the tower
and the ionosphere.
