I had 3 digital meters (1 DMM, 1 LCR & 1 current)in a plastic toolbox which
I took to last years TCBoFW Teslathon. They were in the box about 25 feet
from the Warthog when it fired. They were well out of strike range but they
became disposable meters that day.

I've seen 'em cheaper, but $5 is still pretty cheap
for a disposable DMM.
