I have found the best for me is : Drop it in and start forming from the
inside. Drop it in. Do as little forming as possible. Just sort of adjust
it until it fits, in its 'natural' spiral. I still wouldn't splice. All
great advice from everybody, for sure, but I still don't like splicing.
Corona leaks, the pain of soldering, (even though splicing can be easily
done without soldering ) Correct measure is a valuable tool in construction
of anything. Why splice? Get the roll you need. TCB
