Yup. FYI, here's the kit I've used (what I was
talking about earlier):

Only $12 + shipping. Again, I'd consider one of these
a must if you're buying an older transformer from a
private citizen or eBay or something. They're great,
but make sure you read the instructions REALLY
carefully; there are more than a dozen steps (it's NOT
like a pH test where you just dip a stick and read the
color). Fortunately I don't speak from experience,
but I can easily see how somebody might skip a step
and end up wasting their $12. If you seem to be
predisposed to skipping steps, you might want to order
two ;)
