Well, I play Megamillions twice a week. If I ever get the jackpot (usually over $100mil when it's won) I'll donate the governments share so they won't get it (tax deductible?). Maybe even build a bipolar one in space too.

near the bottom of Greg's description of the Nevada Lightning Labratory one
of the things it could do:  "A concerto -- showing how music and sound can
be conveyed by electric arcs, in stereo".  At 8 megawatts, now THAT would be
truely awesome!

If there are some multimillionaires on the list, why not donate a million
dollars or so to Greg so he can build the world's largest practical Tesla
Coil!  I'll bet out of gratitude he would even name the control building
after you!!
