Field probe plans

Hello all,

If some of you wants to try building (again another) field probe, here are
the basic plans you need:

The paper describes a probe built to measure Efield and conducted charge at
once. Schematics are included. The new idea (compared to a field mill) is
that this time there are no moving parts. Therefore bandwidth is much
higher. I am really temptated to give it a try but I realize I haven't got
the time. Anybody?
